Every now and again, tradition and technology collide, conjuring up dreams of what the future has in store for us.  Enter the QR code of which we don’t understand nor will we won’t try to explain, except that in our relief printing process, it totally works! Enter the age of “smart phone meets smart printing.“

Lauren Henkin, a local prolific Portland photographer, presented us with the mentioned technological challenge.  Lauren had recorded an audio tour for her recent show at New Space, a quick scan of the QR code on the pricelist brought insight and embellishment to the viewer’s experience.  Thank you Lauren we wouldn’t of tried this on our own.
